Observing a group of male chimps having their afternoon meeting a few feet away. Their interactions towards one another were so human, so caring - especially the mother and baby. The chimps would lay down and another would comb intimately through their fur for bugs. Was awesome to watch them in their natural habitat. Makes me feel sick to think of animals trapped in poorly-kept zoos, unable to live as nature originally intended. (at Kibale National Park)
